About Us

We are the Epsilon-Zeta chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity at the University of Connecticut.  The Kappa Sigma Fraternity was originally founded on December 10th, 1869 by the Zeta chapter at the University of Virginia.  Since the American inception of Kappa Sigma, the fraternity has expanded to over 200 chapters nationwide, including our chapter which was founded in 1942.  The Kappa Sigma Fraternity is dedicated to our four pillars which are:  fellowship, leadership, scholarship and service.  Of the many things we do at the University of Connecticut, our chapter is heavily involved in giving back to the community, seeking out organizations for philanthropy and getting involved on campus.
